Yea Gabby, I am sure the stupid Mexican gang bangers who had these machine guns would surrender them when Obama bans them.

This was in San Antonio. Since the paper gave no descriptions of the bad guys it's safe to assume they were Mexicans and probably illegals. It would not be pc of the paper to mention nationalities. Of course they could have been muslims which also warrants keeping quiet.

As to your question. Yes, I probably would presume that. Doesn't mean I am going to chase them down or harass them in anyway. We have lots of them here in Ohio. Due to the excessive number of illegals in this country you could assume they are illegal and probably be right.
