Ever notice the effect Obama uses while speaking. The guy speaks with a candence.

"I am Baaaarrrack Obama. I will maaaaake chaaaaange for the future."

Stealing a trick from MLK, he used a similar cadence when speaking. The difference is, MLK had subsatnce, a message, a plan.

I find it annoying.
