I do not know any libs who gave the money back. A lib I know tried to duck that question but he finally said he kept it

He said the Bush economy was so bad, he needed the money

He lives in Maryland, and the new Dem Gov got a $1.3 billion tax increase passed - so I know he will need the extra money now
