Other than on the war, how is McCain different than Hillary or Barack on the issues?

On health care, same as Democrats:

# Bringing costs under control is the only way to stop the erosion of affordable health insurance, save Medicare and Medicaid, protect private health benefits for retirees, and allow our companies to effectively compete around the world.
# Families should be in charge of their health care dollars and have more control over their care. We can improve health and spend less, while promoting competition on the cost and quality of care, taking better care of our citizens with chronic illness, and promoting prevention that will keep millions of others from ever developing deadly and debilitating disease.
# While we reform the system and maintain quality, we can and must provide access to health care for all our citizens - whether temporarily or chronically uninsured, whether living in rural areas with limited services, or whether residing in inner cities where access to physicians is often limited. ...

On Global Warming, he sounds very much like Al Gore:

John McCain has a proud record of common sense stewardship. Along with his commitment to clean air and water, and to conserving open space, he has been a leader on the issue of global warming with the courage to call the nation to action on an issue we can no longer afford to ignore....

John is kinda touchy on the 'torture" thing and he doesn't have much use for corporate campaign interference either. I don't recall him asking for a universal health plan or even intimating any plan for educational and national infrastructure reform and rehabilitation. I could go on and on. He's just another hawk, kitty, with little understanding of what is really happening in America and even less what is happening in the international scheme of things.

Not to be misunderstood, kitty. I think John McCain is the best thing to have happened to the Republican Party since Ronald Reagan. But, that don't count for much nowadays, does it?

As noted, I prefer to look at their positions, not what you or I 'remember.'

So you prefer to obfuscate the obvious, the demonstrated and the positions that were stated maybe yesterday or whenever?

As noted, I prefer to look at their positions, not what you or I 'remember.'

What position would you rather have John McCain in? What position would you rather have any President in, kitty? Don't f**k with me, kitty. You are batting way out of your league.

Psycho, you realize the fact that you love John McCain is exactly why the rest of us have red flags going up about him.

McCain is the OPPOSITE of Ron Paul... he'd continue the Jewish war in the Middle East, and here, grant amnesty to illegals, have socialized medicine, etc. His popularity now is due to his Irish last name and heroism during Vietnam.
