EX PREZ NODS OFF DURING MLK AWARD PRESENTATION

January 21, 2008 -- Bill Clinton showed yesterday why he made it into the book "The Art of Napping."

During an appearance at the Convent Avenue Baptist Church in Harlem, the former president was caught nodding off.

Clinton was there during a service to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., while his wife was nearby at Abyssinian Baptist Church, where she was endorsed by its minister, Rev. Calvin Butts.

Haha, don't you know the look of someone deep in prayer when you see it? He was praying, not nodding off. I do that in church sometimes myself.

Oh my goodness! Now that I watched the video, he wasn't praying! When Hillary sees that video, she's going to kick the tar out of him. By the way, does anyone know what that preacher was saying? I couldn't follow it, since I was watching Clinton and laughing.

I saw that, pretty funny. Then I thought, 'Hey, this is Clinton, could that be his way of further dissing MLK Jr?' Ah, no matter what, it will be an interesting 9 months. :coffee:
