I don't know if I would count him out just yet..He's starting to make a big push now..Just because he didn't start campaigning almost two yrs. ago(which this campaign season feels like), he is starting to put it in high gear..

Money, the most important asset, is not coming in and that shows in his single digit polling numbers in Iowa and New Hampshire. No matter how good his positions might be no money means early exit.
